Emphasis on Pre Construction and Financials:

• Lead contact for clients to help create a budget and scope for projects
• Provide digitized markups, lot specific and budgetary estimates to existing and future customers
• Create and implement the schedule for all new starts and manage the backlog of upcoming work
• Assist divisional supervisors and surveying team with analyzing blueprints
• Update builders and homeowners on any changed costs (VPOs, Change Orders)
• Negotiate the final billings of all completed concrete projects, totaling $6.3 million to date
• This role requires a complete understanding of the entire project, rather than focusing on one division. Often times we are involved with the foundations, flatwork, and masonry associated with the project.

Emphasis on Management and Scheduling:

• Coordinated all crew movement and travel, including material delivery and lodging
• Collaborated with homeowners, residential builders, and general contractors to finish on time and within the allocated budget
• Communicated budget, schedule, and job-specific needs for 36 field laborers and four full-time truck drivers
• Managed and supervised projects totaling an annual revenue of over $11,000,000
• Responsible for managing 40+ employees, including keeping track of pay rates and production, and adjusting when necessary.
• Averaged a 9.2% profit margin on all poured wall jobs

• Co-managed the poured wall division
• Assisted crews with preparation and execution on all active jobs
• Organized and tracked materials for each individual job
• Managed labor costs associated with the 30+ employees in the division
