Managed an organization of more than 400 people. Implemented and introduced the ESP artificial-lift for the first time in a southern field at Maracaibo Lake. Managed more than 9,000 wells on gas-lift, some other 500 wells on sucker-rod-pumping and other artificial lift methods (PCP, Jet Pumping, Plunger Lift). At the Eastern Division, led the technical team that accomplished the Basic Engineering Studies and Design for developing the recently discovered huge light and medium oil field, El Furrial Field in Northern Monagas. Led the development of the Jusepin Production Complex (350K light bpd).
