• The Avenue at Oakland, 342 units, Oakland, 4-story buildings with Hotel style amenities. $90M+
• Elysian, 354 units, New Horizon West, 4-story buildings with luxury amenities.
• Selene, 294 units, Lake Nona, 4-story buildings with luxury amenities.

• Support the St Regis at Long Boat Key's development team through the design process. One of the biggest projects being build in Florida at the moment.
• Develop commercial real state projects.

• Manage Capex projects in Multifamily communities in the South Florida Region.
• Assist the Regional Managers on budgets, and management support.
• Managed vendor relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery of required resources for successful project completion.

Responsible for the scheduling, supervision, training and coaching of the service team. In addition, supervision of capital projects, monitoring of recurring capital replacements, resident follow-up, budget preparation, inventory management, preventative maintenance and safety. Experience working in the field of HVAC, Air handle and Compressors installer, appliances, performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry work. Inspects and maintains swimming pool, deck, mechanical equipment in a safe, attractive and clean condition, including proper chemical and PH. Turns vacant units in a short period of time and maintains punch-out logs according to the company policies.

Monitored safety of all guests in and around swimming pool. Learned and maintained proficiency in first responder skills such as First Aid and CPR to offer individuals in distress optimal support. Ensure full regulatory compliance for all staff members and swimmers and led safety training to enhance overall awareness and skills
