Experienced police officer with approximately twenty years as sworn officer. Regarded by superiors and peers as being knowledgeable, reliable, reasonable, and having good communication skills.

During my time in law enforcement I have worked in both rural and urban environments. I have extensive experience as Patrol Officer-Deputy, Field Training Officer, and also background in Major Crimes Investigations. Investigative experience including lead investigator on homicide investigations, officer involved shootings, complex fraud investigations, etc. Previously assigned as Investigator with Solano County Major Crimes Task Force. Currently assigned as a Corporal to the Patrol Division of the Vacaville Police Department. Current assignment includes role as part-time shift supervisor, mentor, as well as typical patrol duties.

Although I have been actively employed full time in my low enforcement career since 2005, I have actively worked to maintain my skills in the automotive repair field. I possess the knowledge, skills, and experience to service and repair many types of cars in light trucks. I have extensive experience in brake, suspension, heating and air conditioning, fuel management systems, driveline, tire replacement, and engine repair. I am also skilled in identifying and ordering parts. I possess the tools required to conduct many of these repairs, and gain regular experience as a hobbyist and mentor.
