Responsible for maintenance of 84 residential properties. Duties included-home and property inspections. Ordering of materials, appliances and tools. Light electrical work-installation of outlets, lighting, ceiling fan. Plumping repairs as needed. Flooring installation and repairs. Hanging doors interior and exterior. Dry wall installation, spackle repairs and painting. Scheduling and maintaining relationship with rental tenants. Data input with Buildium application to ensure accurate record keeping.

Worked on residential and commercial properties. Installing decks, window, doors(interior/exterior). Often would repair and install new siding, gutters and outside trim work. Home renovation-installing laminate floors, ceramic tile, vanities, toilets, kitchen cabinetry. Minor plumbing and electrical work. Paint, spackle and drywall installation and repair.

Completed 4 years carpenter apprentice program. OSHA 10 & 30 and scaffold certified. Performed many concrete jobs, foam insulation, framing and dry wall.

Special detail jobs; Democratic National Convention, NCAA Final Four Tournament, NHL Winter Classic and two seasons at Lincoln Financial Field working as with stadium operations division. Setting up for conferences and shows Philadelphia Convention Center.
