Proficiently ran Agilent Chemstation software for HPLC and GC systems
Developed HPLC method that allowed for concise measurements of mash throughout the fermentation process
Created an Excel spreadsheet using VBA to calculate the amount of sulfuric acid needed to neutralize tanks after performing caustic cleanings
Assisted with mash cookers, distillation columns, barrel filling, and warehouse equipment for aging
Oversaw consulting supervisors and operators of possible changes in quality from mash to mash and what needed to be done to fix quality issues
