- As CE for my portions of the CHORD portfolio, I am the technical authority for all baselines and requirements for the company's first ever Foreign Military Sales Cross Domain Solution that has been NCDSMO Raise The Bar (RTB) assessed.
- Responsible for customer interactions with all external Chief Engineers and maintaining the system architecture and baseline through an upgrade effort to create a flight-hardware version of the CHORD system.
- Chairs the ERB and CCB for the programs to process all change requests to the technical baseline.
- Participate in all customer ERB events to ensure changes in other customer subsystems do not affect my responsible areas of the CHORD baseline.

- Technical Lead for the Combat Training Center - Information System (CTC-IS) Program.
- Lead a five member team to successfully implement and integrate the option-3 version of the modernized CTC-IS system at Joint Regional Combined Arms Training Center (JRTC) located at Ft. Polk, Louisiana.
- Managed the network and cybersecurity baseline of the system and assured that delivery milestones for roll-out of the system components are met. Successfully orchestrated a crisis action team to recover from a severe end-of-life issue and enabled the system to be ready for its first integration event on schedule.
- Successfully achieved a connection approval of the new system to the legacy system at JRTC.
- Managed a mid-size VMware datacenter based on the Cisco UCS platform.
- Environment included Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating systems spread across 45 Virtual Machines (VM's). The hardware infrastructure consists of Cisco networking gear along with NetAPP Storage Area Networking (SAN) units.
- Coordinated the implementation of several previously unused VMware features such as Fault Tolerance (FT) and High Availability (HA) which improve system resilience to failures and increase cyber resilience.
