In my current role as a Sales Support Associate, I have developed a keen eye for identifying and addressing client needs through proactive and coordinated contacts. I have also fostered relationships with other lines of business and key product and support partners to support client engagement and relationship development. Utilizing data visualization tools, I was able to share performance and improve processes to meet and exceed sales goals and expand the client base.

As a Financial Center Manager, I developed and led a performance-oriented team dedicated to accomplishing sales and service objectives. I maximized branch revenue by exceeding quarterly goals and optimizing daily operations and client experience. My ability to understand and analyze business metrics to make data-driven decisions for the business resulted in being ranked company-wide as the top 5% in performance.
