Troponin Gen 5 - Created a Series of BPAs which looks back at Tropoin Gen5 results and deltas of results for current Troponin draws with 1 hour Troponin draws and 3 hour Troponin Draws. This causes a message to be written to the storyboard, presents a message with appropriate orders and Pushes a message to the providers cell phone.

Transfusion Order Set - Created an Order Set which has RBC, Platelets, Plasma and Cryo. This Order Set contains many OSQs which display depending on who the ordering person(Nurse, Provider, Anesthesiologist, CNA) is and where the patient is located (ED, Inpatient, Preop, In Room in OR).

Emergency Release Blood - Created work flow for Emergency Release of RBC, Platelets, Plasma and Cryo. If Nurse placing Order, updated second sign rule to make sure the order mode is Verbal or Telephone. Also created preference lists which get populated

MTP - Created work flow for Mass Transfusion Order Set. This also Updating Order Transmittal to send a report to the Lab to notify them when this is ordered.

If ... Transfuse - Created orders on conditions when to transfuse. BPA fires on result and says the result meets parameter to transfuse and appropriate orders or presented to Prepare and Transfuse. This is done for RBC with Hemoglobin, Platelets with Platelets, Plasma with PT/INR and Cryo with Fibrinigen.

Prepositioned Blood in Cooler - Created workflow for Prepositioned Blood in cooler. Consisted of EAPs, Order Sets and BPAs.

TITRATION GOALS: HEMODYNAMICS - Updated ERX to Have LQL Which States What Should Be Answered on New EAP for Hymodynamics. A BPA is Fired if Correct Goal is not Answered in EAP. Updated ERXs to display Goals when on the MAR.
