I started working at 17 at Troncalli as a quick lube technician. It was a huge learning curve for me, and it took much learning, especially the importance of team building and communication. Throughout the months I worked there, I learned the basics of working with cars and communicating with their owners. After graduating, I received a job that granted me more experience and growth to learn while at Don Jackson. There, I worked as a Quick lube Technician for the first few months and slowly worked my way up to an apprentice diesel technician. For the past year, I learned the importance of moving quickly but diligently to ensure the task was completed right the first time. Both of these jobs taught me how important it is to communicate with not only your team but also your customers.
