Led the Construction teams for the construction of multiple large and diverse housing projects including:

• The Eliza Residence and Inwood Library Building project - 4790 Broadway NY NY. - This project includes demolition of the existing library, renovation of the neighboring school to provide a functional exit corridor, construction of a 15 story concrete cast in place, 200,000 plus square foot building. Includes 174 unit apartment tower (38 units being for formerly homeless men) including 2 story 30,000 SF pedestal housing public library, community center, commercial kitchen, NYC universal pre K school. Financed by HPD and The NYC public library.
• The T Building - 82-41 - Adaptive reuse, structural rehabilitation, environmental remediation, and historical restoration of the former Triboro Tuberculosis Hospital - 240,000 SF, 200 apartments including studios for formerly homeless men, community outreach space, and office space for CAMBA. Financed by HPD, Camba, and The National Parks Department

• La Central Building D - 626 Bergen Ave Bronx NY - 9 story 150,000 SF, 160 unit apartment building. Block and plank upper floor construction on a two story steel base. This building included housing for formerly homeless men and below market rate apartments and was financed by HPD and CAMBA
• The Residence at PS 186 / Boys and Girls club of Harlem - 526 west 146th street NY NY - Adaptive reuse, structural rehabilitation, environmental remediation, and historical restoration of a former NYC Public school . This project provided 79 unique apartments, community space, and the regional headquarters of the Boys and Girls club of Harlem. Financed by HPD, The National Parks Department, and The Boys and Girls Club of Harlem
• El Barrios Artspace PS 109 - 215 east 99th street NY NY- Adaptive reuse, structural rehabilitation, environmental remediation, and historical restoration of a former NYC Public school. Included 90 unique live work space apartments, community space, art galleries and sound studios Financed by HPD, The National Parks Department and El Barrios Fightback.
• Founders Hall - 120 east 12th street NY NY - 220,000 SF 26 story cast in place building. Included 180 bed dormitory, 6 apartments for professors, and student study halls. This project also included renovation of the church bell tower of the original church constructed on site in 1842. This project was financed by NYU and private developers.
