I have worked for Groupe Michelin for 47 years in various roles as noted in my resume. I have worked in 3 Continents 6 countries. My current expertise is starting up new multi million dollar equipment respecting timelines, production demands, quality level, training production, maintenance, engineering employees on the new process. Interfaces with vender to ensure we get what we asked for in our functional specification.

I managed 4 phototype production lines and got them to maximum capacity in 3 years instead of 5 years in the plan.
