• Conducted walk-throughs with clients prior to project close, completing punchlists and answering all questions.

• Co-founded Southern Shangri-La boutique short-term rental.
• Southern Shangri-La is a brand created from travel inspirations compiling of 5-2 bedroom short term rentals in heart of downtown Charleston.
• Identified properties that met zoning and permitting requirements.
• Negotiated and acquired off-market property that best fit Southern Shangri-La identity.
• Budgeted, designed and procured custom furniture from Indonesia.
• Oversaw and executed project renovations for both properties included interior, exterior and landscaping.
• Collaborated with artists and influencers to create brand awareness on social platforms.
• Participated in financial activities such as setting room rates, and establishing budgets.
