During my tenure at Western Wake Fire Rescue I held every position within the fire department. My last seven years before retirement I led the department as Fire Chief. I worked under a board of directors and county officials to manage all aspects of the department for 60-70 members. This includes everything from managing complex emergency responses, to purchasing of fire apparatus and equipment.
