The MHT provides direct care under the supervision and guidance of the Registered Nurse. The MHT provides treatment and therapeutic services as directed, observes, evaluates, documents and communicates patients' behavior, reactions, appearance, progress and declining condition, assists in maintaining patients' safety within the environment, participates in groups and program activities, assists patients with activities of daily living and responses to emergencies as appropriate.
