I am a dedicated and talented, but friendly engineering student who works well with other people, whether they be fellow team members or customers. I am a natural born leader who can independently function if needed. I work well in fast paced environments that challenge me, and put serving others as my top priority in all situations.
I lead approximately 2 shifts a week of about 15-20 team members. My responsibilities include making sure the store is profitable, assisting team members in settling disputes between one another, creating a rotational chart for the positions that everyone is working in, and helping team members with any questions they might have. Normally I lead one shift in the front of house and one shift in the kitchen every week. Since I am a college student I work here seasonally in the summers and over breaks. When not leading shifts I help train new team members and work as a good team member.
I worked at a boiled peanuts cart overseeing customer transactions, and making food for hundreds of guest per game. This was a seasonal job that I agreed to work one full baseball season for.
I worked as a front of house team member taking orders, making drinks, bagging food, and tendering out transactions. I worked from my fifteenth birthday up until the store shut down for remodeling.
