  • 5,100 Fathers/49 Summit County Schools - Led a “Fathers Walk” project that, over five years, grew to 5,100 Fathers taking their children to 49 schools on the third Thursday of every September.
  • Maintained a grant application model that secured consecutive grant awards totaling more than $75,000.00 per year, over six years, from Akron Community Foundation, GAR Foundation and United Way of Summit County, Huntington Bank, and other area major funders.
  • Led a team that: grew fatherhood class graduates from 262 in 2015 to more than 700 in 2019, trained more than 30 new fatherhood class facilitators, developed a new fatherhood class facilitator agency that now hosts four, six-week, fatherhood class sessions per year.
  • Developed new, key collaborative relationships with the Summit County Court of Common Pleas, Summit County Offender Services (Probation Officers) Summit County Educational Service Center, and more.
