Managed and trained splicers on a complete 1.2 GIG upgrade for Astound (RCN). Also took on the responsibility of creating and upgrading existing As Built Maps, as well as overseeing field work and assisting with trouble shooting issues.

Managed fiber splicers, assigned work on daily basis. designed and build fiber matrix for customers fiber to the home project.

During the past 25 years I worked on and off with CCG as a Splicer and supervisor. During those years I have trained more than 50 splicers, most of which were field trained, however I have had multiple classroom training classes when there were to many new hires to train in the field 1 on 1.

Managed and trained new hire splicers for CCG on multiple tier 2 tier 3 Comcast projects in the Keystone region and Pittsburg area. Job included assigning of work, distribution of materials, researching and handing out fiber work for node installations and supervising in the field with splicers.
