I oversee and manage the Field Service Department of a Sign Manufacturing Business. Daily operations include scheduling installations, direct communication with clients, and coordination and coordination to the Installation Team in a fast paced and ever changing environment. I provide assistance to the team of Project Managers as well as Installation Field Work as needed.
