- As a lead, I lead anywhere from 6 to 12 people to meet production and quality goals
- Later temporarily was supervisor for about 6 months and had 30 people under me.

- Transitioned into the actual growing of cannabis. Starting with trimming the plants and plugging clones. I would follow along the plants life cycle and care for all their needs (watering, debugging, spraying)
- After plants were ready to harvest, we would store the product in the freezer for later use
