My job at CFA Summerville required me to have:

• Know all parts of the front of the house of Chick-Fil-A.
• Handle money safely, securely, and wisely.
• Go above and beyond the requirements of customer service.
• Provide fast service to all customers.
• To handle all situations in a business manner, but also with understanding of the situation.
• Be presentable to all customers

As Team Leader/Director at CFA, I had to perform all my duties as a team member and more.

• Know how to count money at night.
• Make sure all closing tasks were done.
• Make sure the shift ran well.
• Make sure all team members and trainers were there and in their correct positions.
• Create and review catering orders.
• Help guests with more advanced problems.
• Create a culture of 'second mile service.'
• Have good leadership skills.
• Train new, incoming trainees.
