- Cleaning using high pressure washer of new and old masonry block brick etc. Along with parking lots parking structures concrete walls floors and buildings. I've done maintenance on duplex apartments and home majority of my life . Father had rental properties. Since 74 ,up until recently.I know the ins and outs of what's involved. A jack of all trades so to speak. Done all aspects of installation and sprinkler repair. Changed water heaters installed cabinets windows, doors , flooring hardwood , vinyl, tile, nd terrazzo. Framing some electrical plumbing from sewer lines to changing taps and toilets.
