Managed all duties for IM at Ford Motor Company TTP.

• Receive items in CPARS daily as required.

• Manage manpower (A Crew-102, B Crew-99, C Crew-96) Daily operations and Weekend/Holiday RDO's per UAW Guidelines.
• Training - New EE's, Primary Operators, General Utilities and T/L. Including developing/maintaining versatility tracker for each EE.
• Manage and lead From-to implementation and Rebalance Tasks.
• Held accountability for UAW EE's to ensure adherence to behavior standards.

• Achieved all I.M. metrics through diligent performance monitoring.
• Reduced inventory over $ 1 million.
• Met/Exceeded manpower objectives, versatility objectives.
• Successfully adhered to I.T.R. Shop P.M. monthly schedules for maintenance tasks.
• Converted I.T.R. Shop mechanics schedule from an 8 x 5 schedule to an AWS saving O.L.O.T.

• Executed key responsibilities as detailed for September 2023 through November 2025.

• Promoted to grade level 7 in 2014.
• Met or exceeded requirements for Prevention (MOP), Daily GRASP, and Safety Stand Downs submissions.
• Reduced mispicks, minimized damage to parts, and decreased scrap rates.
• Addressed late line feeds and managed min/max inventory levels as required.
• Reduced O.L.O.T. per objectives and worked to headcount budget.
• Rebalanced heads per objectives.
• Built strong working relationships with employees, other departments, and the UAW, fostering teamwork through positive reinforcement.
