Most likely forgetting quite a lot of other things ive prepped, but can prep anything! Would drive to local meat market to pick up fresh ground local beef for burgers, as well as drive before the kitchen opened to the store to shop for fresh ingredients for soup of the day as well as shop for products we had run out of! Wood fire grill, fryers! Put away Gordon’s truck orders and rotated stock accordingly!
