Implemented multiple high-end residential and commercial interior design projects within cost, quality and timeframe targets. Primarily Kitchen & Bathroom, but not limited to Custom furniture design, Custom closet design, Electrical/ Plumbing upgrades, in addition to Flooring. • Scheduled home consultations to present sample fabrics and provide furniture and accessory recommendations. Scheduled showroom visits for furniture, appliance, plumbing and lighting review.
• Led interior design across conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction document phases.
• Independently designed floor plans, elevations, 3D perspective views, and material boards for presentation once measurements were received.
• Selected furniture, lighting and accessories to enhance design concepts. Worked with different showrooms to produce quotes, created material list, in addition to processing all orders for payment.
• Obtained approval of concepts by submitting rough drafts to lead designer.
