As a neighborhood aide, I am tasked with showing the town of Lynbrook there are officers around in case they are in need. When I am not in town showing the community we are present, I am enforcing parking restrictions or on a corner for a school crossing.

I worked in the maintenance, parks, and highway departments. I was tasked with fixing the town of Lynbrook, whether that be broken light bulbs to trimming bushes and mowing the grass in parks. I had the opportunity to take part in the 9/11 memorial restoration. I proudly working on the renovation until near completion before school started up again.
