Hired to grow the bank and extend its market. Hired lenders, tellers, and customer service to grow the bank not only in the Woodruff County area, but also two locations in Searcy (White County). Reviewed the policies and procedures of the bank and made adjustments where appropriate. Developed a workable succession plan.

Hired to grow a bank in Searcy Arkansas and hire staff and oversee the building projects. I also worked to build loans and deposits and oversee other lenders and customer service individuals.

As Market President, I hired the staff, oversaw the building projects, managed the loan portfolios and deposit growth and grew the banking business to begin the bank in Searcy.

Worked to grow personal loan portfolio, led other junior officers in growing their portfolio and in sales. Worked and led in bank accounting, operations, HR and sales.

• Removed and installed aircraft subsystem assemblies such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions and mechanical flight controls.
• Recorded maintenance actions in aircraft logbooks.
• Maintained orderly and safe work environment by enforcing tool control and FOD awareness, prevention and safety at all times.
• Operated power tools, gauges and testing equipment to adjust, repair and replace faulty components in aircrafts.
• Received an honorable discharge with a tour in SE Asia during the Vietnam War
