• Mentored diverse group of middle school students, drawing on my own experiences to offer guidance and support.

• Learned techniques to help resolve conflicts

• Supervised a group of 27 children, ages 6-9, ensuring safety and educational development
• Oversaw daily activities and assisted in creating a positive environment
• Created an enjoyable space to promote children’s enjoyment and social interaction throughout the summer
