• Helped create and lead the UNCP chapter of The Hidden Opponent, a national nonprofit dedicated to mental health advocacy for NCAA student-athletes, increasing awareness and providing resources to support athletes' mental well-being
• Spearheaded campus-wide initiatives to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health in athletics, organizing events, workshops, and campaigns to engage both athletes and the broader university community

Started UNCP Student Photography Department in 2015 with a single volunteer student and since has grown to an eight-member cohesive student team, A comprehensive program where students received training in editing, archiving, and organizing digital photography files using industry-standard software, including Adobe Photoshop and Photo Mechanic. Through this program, students learned how to cover various campus events, including NCAA athletic competitions, and conducted independent photoshoots to create personal branding content.

• Trained and used DB2 Database to store and query data for healthcare insurance applications
• This allowed BCBSSC to create data models and access them through queries and to reconcile member enrollment and eligibility for all medical claims

• Founded and managed WG Sports Photos, covering hundreds of sporting events per year for universities, colleges, and media outlets nationwide
• Oversaw a team of hundreds photographers and interns nationwide, managing assignments and training staff
• Assisted news agencies, newspapers, magazines, and websites with tailored photographic coverage for their specific needs
• WG Sports Photos covered an average of over 500 sporting events a year for more than fifteen years.
