Worked as both speed pulpit operator and mill adjuster. Responsibilities consisted of maintaining tension control in rolling process and making mill adjustments to ensure our product stays within specified tolerance. While performing these tasks I also had the responsibility of maintaining the process equipment which included replacing and repairing damaged equipment as well as doing preventative maintenance. Some of the skills needed:

• Read blueprints and schematics to correctly place equipment.
• Determined required installation methods and assembled proper tools and equipment to complete projects to specifications.
• Welding and using cutting torch.
• The use of all power tools including pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic.

Responsibility as Reheat Operator consisted of maintaining combustion processing, material tracking and communicating with both Melt Shop and Roll Mill personnel.

Mill Operating responsibilities consisted of maintaining proper loads during rolling process, making offset adjustments to ensure proper product size and making good judgement calls during upset conditions.

The responsibilities of Maintenance Lubricator consists of maintaining all centralized lubrication systems in both Roll Mill and Melt Shop, maintaining all hydraulic systems.

Also, while holding the position of Maintenance Lubricator I performed the following tasks and also received training for the following skills:

• Performed duties in accordance with all applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment.
• Received training in all types of bearings which included both removal and installation.
• Received training in all types of mechanical gearing which included proper removal and installation.
• Received training in all types of pumps which included removal, installation as well as proper coupling alignment.
