Working out for my isn’t just a job, it’s a passion, an accomplishment and a skill that I will like to share with others. As I little girl I used to be a ballet dancer; to warm up the body with used to do similar things as we do in yoga to prepare the body for the practice and gain flexibility; this is one of the reasons, why I am so passionate about practice yoga. Forward to high school, I was more into challenging sports like tennis or badminton; after school I begin to move more towards weightlifting exercises and yoga up to now , sices then I been passionate about to be a personal trainer since then.
