01/16/25, Shannon and the Young Quist hiring crew, My name is Wole Oyeleke, (first name pronounced as “Wall-E”). I was referred to you by my friend from college, Franco Chilperico, who works in Fort Myers, and I have spoken with Shannon, who works with you, on the phone. I am eager to work for Young Quist brothers as a mechanical engineer. With my extensive background, relevant engineering skills and experience in teaching, research and design, I believe I am a perfect match for Young Quist. My current experience is with Fusion Academy where I am working with the professionals of Boston to shape the next generation of engineers and physicists. I work teaching students one on one, and I pay detailed attention to each student’s needs and tailor classes to their learning styles. I, personally, focus extra on helping students understand underlying concepts to reinforce a long-term understanding of engineering concepts that build upon future concepts, this attention to detail and strong foundation of learning has been my forte all through my career. This style demands more work on mine and the students’ side but they’re better for it in the long term. Aside from that, I work as an admin where I chart the progress of students daily and constantly communicate with their parents on each person’s progress. A few years ago, I worked with Florida Fence Products as a Design Engineer on a team that included fabricators and welders. During my time there, I was charged with providing detailed information on how to fabricate the designs to required specifications. Most of the work was done on Solid Works software. I also helped model their inventory to have a complete 3-D guide for all the standard fences and PVC gates that were sold. I was able to design and successfully give instructions to fabricate a whole Twin Lakes community and various other projects, 27 in total. These experiences are why I am adept at working in teams. I have used my engineering knowledge to solve tasking problems, and I am confident in my abilities. I am sure I will adapt quickly and will bring innovation to your engineering methods. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to interview you for the role. I can be called at (407) 403-3633 or reached at oluwawoleoyeleke@yahoo.com I hope to hear from you back soon.
