- Oversee quality of coatings both pre-Paint and Paint to prevent corrosion & rust and report findings to senior management hourly.
- Oversee the production of Model Y service parts for collision centers throughout North America, ensuring a seamless process from Body in White, through Paint, to Shipping.
- Developed a Microsoft 365-based system for managing service parts flow & engineering orders for Paint Shop services.

- Coordinate with Spot Repair and Repair Technicians at the Paint Hospital to ensure a steady supply of replacement parts as needed.
- Establish a connection with Body-In-White & General Assembly at the Body Delivery Center to adjust and reprogram the units that have been rejected by the conveyance system.
- Reported issues with tools, machinery, and equipment to maintenance staff, including problems with tuggers & forklifts.
- Logged and submitted the attendance and work hours for all employees in the group.
- Conducted training for new employees, guiding them in the use of the company's machinery, adherence to standard operating procedures, and understanding of company policies.
- Successfully surpassed vehicle service parts production goals by 25-50% through effective time management and enhanced team structuring.
- Initiated a search to identify issues with the internal logic that was causing vehicle skids to move from the oven to the production line empty, bypassing the dedicated enclosure lane. The resolution of this issue led to a 2-3% increase in nightly production.
