Since starting in the Mother Baby Care Center (MBCC) in 2004 I have become a mentor, preceptor, and Rrelief Charge Nurse. I am trained and have completed my OCATS to work in all specialty care areas of the unit. I am a 2nd in the Special Care Nursery and Pediatrics, I am Ultrasound Certified to fill the role of test Nurse, and a triage Nurse. As an RN at Enloe I always strive to focus on the Mission, Vision and Values of the hospital. I have always received excellent yearly evaluations, I follow through and complete my stated goals, keep my certifications up to date, and attend all unit specific and hospital wide education on time.

As Charge Nurse I was responsible for leading approximately 12 RN's a night. I coordinated Nurse/Patient ratios, staffing assignments, NOC shift monthly schedule, timecards and all yearly evaluations. I worked closely with the Nursing House Supervisor and Charge Nurses from 5 other Pediatric Units and the Emergency Department to safely place Pediatric patients on a unit based on diagnosis or acuity level.

As a Staff Nurse on the Pediatric Intermediate Intensive Care Unit I was a trained Preceptor, Mentor and Relief Charge Nurse. I was certified in BLS,ACLS,PALS, chemotherapy, dialysis administration and management and Ventilator management. In April 2000 I was promoted to a Clinical Nurse B
