• Designated School Official (DSO), serving 4,000+ international student and an
additional 3,000 on OPT from 110 countries.
• Advise and interpret F-1 immigration regulations and rules.
• Update SEVIS through People Soft and Sunapsis.
• Process multiple requests of: Change of Major, Change of Education Level, Dependent
add/drop; Transfer in/Out, Reinstatements; Change of Status; Leave of Absence,
Concurrent Enrollment, and SSN authorization.
Advise and process multiple requests for CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B Cap-Gap, RFE/RFI, and economic hardships. • Present seminars on CPT, OPT, STEM OPT,
H1- B CAP-GAP • Participate and present in new International Student
Orientations.
• Know and maintain knowledge of non-immigrant visa and status regulations by
attending NAFSA conferences and visiting USICS and Study in the States website.

• Handle contacts from customers, and gain their trust by providing solutions to their travel needs.
• Generate revenue by selling tickets and related products and services.

• Designated School Official (DSO), serving 50+ international student and an additional 60 on OPT from 10 countries.
• Advise and interpret F-1 immigration regulations and rules.
• Manage the SEVIS and Sunapsis.
• Co-lead and oversee programing for International Students. This includes new student’s orientations, F-1 refresher workshops, tax workshops, employment workshops.
