Activities

  • Served UM Army in the summers of 9th, 10th, and 11th grade. In the summer of 11th grade, I traveled to Louisiana where I assisted in rebuilding and repairing communities affected by natural disasters and economic hardships.
  • Served as a Valet, Usher, and Escort at Night to Shine, a Prom Night designated specifically for special needs teenagers. I escorted guests, parked vehicles and served them refreshments, and in doing so, gave them the opportunity to experience a high school event that might have been uncomfortable for them had they gone to a dance at their school.
