Such as collaborating with the Pilot Team to create MRTs to help make the process more ergonomic and efficient. Contacting and alerting maintenance about machinery that was in need of repair due to safety reasons (door carriers, chassis lifts, and subframe lane blockers). Alerting process teams when tools are becoming a danger to the safety of the team. Working with engineers to help redesign tooling locations and the design of the construction of the tool home.
