High Temperature Structural Circuit (Eaton), Oct 2022- Present
· Create a structural Circuit using a High Temperature Polymer and a Conductive Paste in a single printing job, using a variety of printing techniques and methods (nScrypt).
· Analyze thermal behavior of both materials and adjust accordingly.
· Testing of materials for conductivity and thermal behavior under extreme conditions
· Report out biweekly to EATON (company funding the project) on updates on projects progress.
FSAE Lombardi Racing, Brake System Design, Aug 2023 - Dec 2023
· Design, fabricate and test a braking system under FSAE rules.
· Work along with other peers to accommodate for separate systems of vehicle (Suspension, Chassis, etc.).
Hexapod Platform with Six degree of Freedom (Project Management), Aug 2023 - Dec 2023
· Create a flexure Based Hexapod with six degrees of freedom which can be placed in a 3D Printer for complex printing-based models.
Ultrasonic Radar Detector, Sept 2023
· Designed and calibrated an ultrasonic sensor that can determine the distance of objects in a 180-degree radius.
· Created a structure which allows for angular movement along the horizontal plane.
Catheter Handle, Oct 2023
· Led small team to design and develop a prototype for a catheter handle using multiple manufacturing processes. (FDM and Mold Casting)
Designed and tested the final model
