• Strategic Collaboration and Technological Innovation: Led collaborative projects with partners like Abbott Healthcare to improve patient care through technology. Developed and implemented solutions that enhance disease prevention, detection, and early treatment by analyzing blood work and lab results from our patient database.
• Clinical Guidelines and Pharmacy Guidebook Development: Collaborated as part of a team to author the HMG Guidelines for the top 100 diagnoses and compile a Clinical Pharmacy Guidebook. Our joint efforts have standardized care practices, improved patient safety, and ensured consistent treatment across all facilities.
• Implementation of New Technology Across the Network: Managed the introduction of new technological solutions and systems across our expanding network of hospitals. Ensured these technologies were integrated smoothly, enhancing care quality and operational efficiency.
• · Healthcare Staff Management and Optimization: Oversaw the efficiency and quality of all non-physician healthcare staff. Analyzed staffing ratios, created positions, and managed employment numbers to maintain optimal staffing levels and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Cross-Departmental Leadership and Quality Improvement: Worked with leaders from various departments, including Emergency and Radiology, to set new performance indicators and implement technological upgrades. Ensured service quality by updating clinical practice guidelines to meet international standards and overseeing service and employee performance improvements.

• Served as an Internal Medicine Resident Physician & Medical Administrator at Kingdom Hospital in KSA, providing comprehensive medical care and overseeing administrative tasks.
• Held the position of Medical Lead for both the Patient Safety and Quality Teams, taking an active role in initiatives to enhance healthcare standards and ensure patient well-being.
