- Covered loads and negotiated prices with truckers to maximize company profit. Built strong relationships with truckers that helped secure loads, sometimes at competitive rates and at the last minute. Responsible for recovering loads if any issues arose, including covering last-minute loads. Constantly monitored drivers before freight pickup to ensure punctuality and resolve any pickup issues, such as freight not being ready, extended loading times, or miscommunication with loading personnel. After loads were picked up, ensured all drivers had the correct Bills of Lading. Constantly checked Estimated Times of Arrival for deliveries and communicated any delays to customer service, who then informed customers or the sales team.
