• Produce smooth Polish finish to a lustrous mirror like image

Electropolish

• Inspect each part individually to make sure its well within its tolerance
• Submerge parts into acid to sustain a polished finish associating with Drills

Anodize

• Update the daily checklist to ensure efficiency and consistency is preserved
• Maintain the Anodize machine so that it can function accordingly
• Test the etch level daily
• Regularly check Sulfuric Acid level as well for Sodium Hydroxide

Bead Blast

• Remove heat treat scale as directed using glass bead #10 & Aluminum (Abrasive) To establish a uniform finish
