- Call airline to see if cargo has arrived and arrange pick up orders and payment for driver to pick up
- Write pick ups in advance to pick up shipments in a timely manner
- Make sure shipments are nominated with a 1F to our firms code
- Breakdown documents and give to correct department
- Bond shipments to final destination
- Overall make sure that shipments are picked up same day of arrival so they can get to destination on a timely manner

- Processing checks to send to account with corresponding invoice

- Follow customs regulations as to how many days the shipment can be at destination without clearance
