Silicon Valley–based, summer venture studio for teens

• Co-created a research-based innovation curriculum with Richard Braden (author of Innovation-ish; lecturer at Stanford and Harvard), who served as lead instructor for the first cohorts, drawing on a decade of applied innovation research with Fortune 100 companies.
• Launched a venture-style summer innovation program that sold out prior to the start date across three cohorts, validating strong demand for an entrepreneurship education for teens.
• Delivered three in-person, two-week programs in Sunnyvale, Silicon Valley, serving 40 students in total, supported by guest and volunteer mentors from Google, Meta, Stanford and startups, culminating in public Demo Days.
• Built and onboarded a team of 10 industry practitioners as instructors and designed a documented Train-the-Trainer internal system to support paid instructor deployment and program scaling for Summer 2026.
• Led students through end-to-end venture creation, resulting in 40 student-built MVPs and public presentations, with structured development of core entrepreneurial skills embedded throughout the program.

Leadership education institution spanning public sector, business, and corporate learning

• Co-founded and led CAPS alongside the former Deputy Minister of Education of Georgia, establishing a multi-platform leadership education institution to address the leadership capacity gap in Ukraine following political transition.
• Designed and scaled the institution’s academic and operating model, resulting in 150+ executive and leadership programs and a global alumni community of 1,600+ leaders across government, business, and public management.
• Built the CAPS Civil & Political School, training 600+ reform-oriented leaders who progressed into roles across government, public institutions, and national reform initiatives.
• Established long-term partnerships with faculty from Stanford University, HEC Paris, INSEAD, and Harvard University, alongside senior international reform leaders and policymakers.
• Founded CAPS Business School to develop strategic leadership within Ukraine’s private sector, creating an exclusive alumni network of 1,000+ senior leaders from the country’s most influential companies.
• Launched the CAPS Corporate Academy, working with leading organizations across technology, e-commerce, fashion, manufacturing, and government on and learning-organization design, in collaboration with global L&D innovators including Degreed and LinkedIn Learning.

Thought-leadership platform on leadership, learning, and the future of education

• Founded a thought-leadership platform within the Stanford LEAD global network, spanning a podcast, curated community conversations, and live sessions exploring leadership development, teaching methods, and learning innovation.
• Co-host the Mastery Talks podcast (5,000+ listeners), interviewing over 10 professors and lecturers from Stanford GSB, Columbia, and Harvard to translate academic research into practical leadership tools.
• Produced 15 live sessions, 10 podcast episodes, and two annual in-person gatherings, growing to 1,000 subscribers.
