  • Launched a venture-style summer innovation program that sold out prior to the start date across three cohorts, validating strong demand for an entrepreneurship education for teens.
  • Delivered three in-person, two-week programs in Sunnyvale, Silicon Valley, serving 40 students in total, supported by guest and volunteer mentors from Google, Meta, Stanford and startups, culminating in public Demo Days.

  • Designed and scaled the institution’s academic and operating model, resulting in 150+ executive and leadership programs and a global alumni community of 1,600+ leaders across government, business, and public management.
  • Built the CAPS Civil & Political School, training 600+ reform-oriented leaders who progressed into roles across government, public institutions, and national reform initiatives.
  • Established long-term partnerships with faculty from Stanford University, HEC Paris, INSEAD, and Harvard University, alongside senior international reform leaders and policymakers.
