Yandel Hernandez

Hello, my name is Yandel Hernandez! I am a Freshman at Kennesaw State University, and I am determined to provide the hardest work ethic in any work environment that is assigned to me. I have experience being a Team Leader at Chick-fil-A, where I led shifts alone and ensured cash profits were counted correctly at the end of the shift. During my time there, I also grew new staff into leaders and trainers, ensured that the expected policies were being followed, and created a pleasing atmosphere. I am motivated and easy going, and will try to learn the best from everyone around me so that I can grow and learn from my mistakes and ultimately help myself and everyone else grow.
