• Coordinate with Vascular MD with PVD chronic ulcers such as angiograms, venous or arterial work ups
• Fulfill other nursing duties as required as Charge Nurse such as CNA assignments
• Administering medications, Skilled nursing documentation, knowledgeable with MDS and PDPM
• Extensive resident care experience in/not limited to Dialysis, Dementia, Rehabilitation, Respiratory, Geriatric and HIV units
• In-depth knowledge in the role of LPN, CNA, Unit Clerks with admissions, observations and A&I -all under the direction of an RN
• Preceptor for LPNs in clinical nursing skills.
