As a mental health ambassador for the Counseling and Psychological Services at Sonoma State, I advocate for mental health and try to reduce the stigma surrounding it. Promote mental health resources and CAPS services through tabling in classrooms, clubs, and organizations, as well as organizing events.
As a kennel assistant, I provide the best care to our patients, and the hospital. I ensure our patients always have fresh, clean water and food, and that their kennels are clean while staying with us. Throughout the day, I make sure our hospital is spot-on; I do laundry, clean kennels, disinfect any surgical procedures we performed, as well as the instruments used, and ensure the exam rooms are perfect for our guests. I am also proficient in providing annual shots to our patients, and animal holding for the nurses.
As a retail sales associate at Shoppe Twelve, I unboxed new merchandise, price-tagged it, steamed it, and made sure all the merchandise on the sales floor looked perfect for the customers. I also completed transactions in an efficient manner while providing excellent customer service, and implemented visual merchandising standards, creating attractive displays to increase sales. I was able to develop and implement social media content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.
