Product Database Manager

• Load new vendor products and descriptions into ERP system
• General product maintenance, including updating current records to include new product information, such as weights, package quantities, and descriptions.
• Maintain pricing in the ERP system through frequent price updates issued by manufacturers.

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to ERP systems, other internal software and web domain
• Ask educated questions and listen to fellow associates to determine root cause of issues
• Report significant and recurring issues to the tier-3 support team

SQL Analyst

• Create, modify and troubleshoot SQL queries and jobs
• Create level one SQL based reports for internal customers
• Run SQL code to identify bad data within the database and fix it within SQL
• Conduct data analysis within SQL to support issue analysis and resolution

EDI Analyst

• Coordinated EDI testing and trading partner implementation initiatives
• Coordinated with new trading partner the setup of EDI transaction sets 850 purchase order, 810 invoices, 856 advance shipping notice and various other EDI transaction sets as required by the customer
• Implemented, maintained and troubleshoot EDI transmissions and receipt between the company and its’ trading partners

Purchasing

• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast material needs.
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or pricing disputes with vendors.

• Excellent communication skills with vendors and colleagues on purchasing problems and on shipping, receiving, and invoicing problems and processes.
• Researched and learned company products and created my own product line to assist in new sales and deplete older stock
• Able to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
