• Assists in other tasks as directed by Cafeteria Supervisor & Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Delivers soiled linens to laundry; sorts, washes, dries, folds and returns clean linens to linen closets and resident rooms. Cleans laundry room, sorting and soiled linen tubs.

• Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notify managers of necessary repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Assist guests when necessary.
• Keep linen room stocked

• Communicating with customers in their native language by telephone, email and online to provide outstanding service
• Discussing new products and managing multiple tasks to promptly resolve customer queries
• Performance - maintain performance standards that ensure the department is operating at peak proficiency and that established goals are consistently being met

• Adhere to menus and portion control standards, including those for special diets when preparing and serving meals
• Assist in maintaining the general cleanliness of the dishwashing area;
• clean work area and equipment as assigned :

• Document temperature and sanitation tracking according to policy and assigned job duties
