- At Pain and Spine Care, I was in charge of printing the doctor's schedule for the day before filing his patients' notes regarding their medical history and the treatments prescribed to them by the doctor. I would also prepare the operating rooms for the doctor's procedures for the day and called the patients' insurance companies in order to get a referral so that I would be able to make the doctor's schedule. This, in turn, allowed for the clinic to run efficiently and smoothly by helping them focus on the big tasks while I completed the menial, toilsome tasks.
