Self Regulation Through Movement

It is a course I created using skills from martial arts and ground fighting. Through the exercise I teach students:

  • how to combat stress,
  • stay grounded even in the face of hostile environments
  • and redirect their opponents attacks, (I teach them how to carry this over to an emotional triggering situation)
  • understanding how your body moves and how to use it to your advantage
  • use their breath to guide their movement
